In addition, all our hotel packages include buffet breakfast at the hotel, transportation between the hotel and the festival, a welcome ceremony on Friday, October 31, and a festival kit.

Yes, when booking your RITVALES 2025 Hotel Package, you’ll have the option to choose individual access for one day of the festival (Saturday, November 1 or Sunday, November 2, 2025), or a combo access for both days of the festival (November 1 and 2, 2025).

The main buyer will have the option to purchase up to 6 packages for 6 persons in a single order.

Yes, all packages must be personalized during the purchase process. If we detect multiple packages personalized under the same name, you will be required to pay the corresponding penalty for each name change ($2,550.00 MXN). Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Hause Travel Agency is the only authorized channel in Mexico for the sale of RITVALES 2025 Hotel Packages.

To avoid fraud, make sure to purchase your packages only through this authorized sales channel.

Once the order payment has been processed and confirmed, the main buyer will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address provided during the purchase process, including their reservation number.
Within a maximum of 15 business days, each hotel package holder will receive their check-in voucher by email, which must be presented digitally at the reception of the hotel you selected.

You must download the TUBOLETA APP and create a user account with the same email you used when purchasing your package. At the beginning of October 2025, you will be able to view your digital tickets in your TUBOLETA user account.

When you arrive at the festival, your digital ticket will be scanned and you’ll receive your physical wristband, which you’ll use to access the venue and as a cashless payment method.

Private transportation between the hotel and the festival is always included in a RITVALES 2025 Hotel Package.

To go to the festival, you must wait in your hotel lobby at the time indicated in the itinerary.

To return to your hotel, you must wait at the designated meeting point at the agreed-upon time after the event ends.

During the sale of RITVALES 2025 Hotel Packages, you can make a full payment using a credit or debit card supported by:
